Thompson Island Outward Bound 4K Trail Run: Volunteer Sign-Up

Thompson Island Outward Bound's Annual 4K Trail Run is the most unique and fun race in Boston! The 4K takes place on Thompson Island in the Boston Harbor, and in 2023 will be held on the afternoons of Wednesday May 24th and Thursday May 25th. This event offers companies a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a team-building activity with their employees in one of the most beautiful spots in Boston, while supporting Thompson Island Outward Bound's core mission to provide free, hands-on science learning and social emotional development to Boston students.

The 4K Trail Run is one of our largest yearly fundraising events, and we couldn't do it without your support. Sign up today to be a part of making this exciting event happen in 2023!
